EFFECTS OF CRIPPLING CYBERATTACK STILL PLAGUE NORTH CAROLINA COUNTY

Government operations throughout the state’s most populated county we distorted and barely functioning after being infected with ransomware. The incident began when an employee opened an email containing a malicious attachment that turned out to be a programming worm. 48 (out of 500) computers have been affected and halted operations at the tax office, parks and recreation, human resources and other departments. The country decided not to pay the ransom and are attempting to rebuild the system.

FUNNY (BUT TRUE) NEWS; WAFFLE HOUSE CUSTOMER WALKS INTO KITCHEN AND COOKS OWN MEAL AS EMPLOYEES SLEEP

When a South Carolina man got a waffle house craving at 3am, he wasn’t going to let anything stop him – including an employee who he says was asleep when he got there. He walked into the restaurant because he said he couldn’t sleep, but after seeing no other workers on the premise and apparently not wanting to disturb the napping person, Alex Bowen decided to take matters into his own hands. His Instagram post showing him making a double Texas bacon cheesesteak melt with extra pickles has gone viral.
